1. RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Our return/exchange policy is valid for 15 days from the date of your original purchase.
    • If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
    • All refunds and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with any applicable tags attached.
    • Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive damaged or are defective. If you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, purchased an incorrect size or color and want to return it for another item or color, we are happy to assist, but it will be treated as a return and applicable shipping charges and restocking fees will apply.
    • Several types of goods are NOT returnable/NOT exchangeable): Special/custom orders, preorder items and presale items, gift cards, sale items and underwear.
