Shipping Policies:

Basically Bows uses USPS Priority Mail for ALL orders placed online.  That means you get your merchandise sooner! Most packages are delivered within 2-3 business days from when they are sent.

Free USPS Priority shipping for all orders over $50.00 (pre-tax) shipped within the continental United States. Orders under $50.00 are charged a $6.00 shipping fee.

International shipping and non-contiguous United States shipping should send inquiries to CustomerService@BasicallyBows.com for the accurate shipping rate and restrictions.

Most orders are shipped within 2 or 3 business days of the order date. The order date is the business day the order is received prior to 2:00pm MST .

You will receive an email confirmation within 1 business day of your order date. We cannot process confirmation orders for invalid email addresses.

All parcels will be shipped via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation unless you contact Basically Bows at 480.483.2697 for U.S.P.S. Express (Overnight) or 2nd Day Air options. For shipping U.S.P.S. Express or UPS 2nd Day Air, package orders must be received by 2:00pm MST . During busy holiday shopping periods we strongly urge you to choose Express Shipping if your order is needed in under 5 business days.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 14 business days for an exchange or full refund less the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Simply mail the purchase back to us in the ORIGINAL BOX and we will issue you a check or a credit card refund within 14 business days of receipt of the return.

We WILL NOT accept worn bows, or merchandise which has been damaged in the return process. The determination of damage or wear is made at the discretion of Basically Bows management. Bows must be packaged in the ORIGINAL BOX for us to accept and process the return...bows retunred in an envelope will NOT be accepted.

If you are exchanging an item, we will charge a $6.00 exchange-shipping/handling fee. This ensures that we can offer you free shipping on all original purchases over $50.00 shipped within the Continental United States. Orders will also accrue a 15% restocking fee.

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on custom bows.
