Can
I place a custom/special bow order?
Absolutely! We know that even our extensive inventory cannot
meet every customer’s needs. For that special occasion,
special dress, or special person we want to make sure we
can create the bow that you imagine. Please contact us at
so that we can fulfill your custom order needs. Please note
that custom orders – especially during busy holiday
periods – may take up to 7-10 business days to ship.
What
is the appropriate clip for a baby or toddler under 3 years
old?
We have found that in our 19 years of business, most babies or toddlers under 3 years of age should use the clippie for their hair accessory needs.

is the difference in the clip styles?
Basically Bows uses four types of hair clip styles.

What
sizes do the dress-up skirts come in?
The dress up skirts are designed to fit little girls between
the ages of 2 and 7. Some skirts do have specific measurements
and will be listed on the page as specified.

How
long will it take my order to ship?
All orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. You will receive an email confirmation of your order within 1 business day of your order date. Most orders are shipped within 2 or 3 business days when purchased with a credit card. Orders that are paid by cashier's check or money order, will be shipped within one business day upon clearance of payment. From your ship date, Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days for delivery. During busy holiday shopping periods we strongly urge you to choose Express Shipping if your order is needed in under 3 business days.
